When you arrive at the Old Republic Building at 307 N Michigan Avenue:

• Enter through the bronze doors.
• Inform the lobby guards that you’re a “Client for Suite 920”.
• Take the elevators to the 9th floor, exit, and turn right to find Suite 920.
  Your therapist will greet you and discuss your treatment preferences to ensure a customized experience.

Arrival and Timing

We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to allow for a relaxed check-in process and ensure your session starts on time.

• Late Arrivals: To respect other clients’ appointments, late arrivals may result in a shortened session, but we’ll do our best to provide the full treatment time whenever possible.

Restroom Facilities

• Men’s Restrooms: Located on odd-numbered floors.
