Is this a relaxation spa?

No.

While sessions are calm and restorative, the focus is corrective and intentional. Each session is structured to address tension patterns and restore function — not simply provide temporary relaxation.

What should I expect during my first visit?

Your first session includes assessment and structured bodywork tailored to how your body responds in real time.

This is not a routine sequence. Each session is guided by what your body presents.

How often should I come?

That depends on your tension patterns and lifestyle demands.

Many clients begin with a short progression plan and transition into maintenance once stability improves.

Is this a private space?

Yes.

Meticulous Massage is a private studio environment. Sessions are one-on-one, by appointment only.

Do you offer same-day appointments?

Availability is shown in real time online.

Because this is a structured practice, last-minute bookings are limited.

What is your cancellation policy?

Appointments require 24 hours’ notice for changes.

Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% fee.

Cancellations within 30 minutes of the start time are considered a no-show and charged in full.

Do you offer add-ons?

Enhancements such as hot stone therapy and sauna sessions are available when appropriate to your care plan.
